Why coaching works
  • Coaching is effective: I offer online coaching as it saves you time and money and my clients are often not in the UK.

Areas of focus
  • Interview skills: Common sense suggests that you prepare thoroughly for any interview, especially if, as many people do, you suffer from interview nerves. I know the questions you're almost certain to be asked and can coach you so that you provide answers that will impress the interviewer.

  • Leadership Skills: Leadership coaching will  help you to gain insight into your strengths, weaknesses and blind spots so you're better able to lead your teams towards achieving their goals.

  • Networking Skills:  Networking can help you to learn about job openings before they're advertised as well as helping you to build your reputation.

  • Work-Life Balance: Coaching enhances self-awareness and empowers individuals to take control of their work and personal lives.

Customer testimonial

'Life is difficult...'

Are the words with which acclaimed psychiatrist M. Scott Peck started his 10-million-copy bestseller The Road Less Travelled.

The fact you’re here reading these words suggests that no matter how hard your own life may have been, you clearly believe it doesn’t always have to be that difficult. On some level it may even be that you realise life is not supposed to be easy, and perhaps your struggles are there to help you grow as a human being. But in most lives, almost certainly including your own, you are the main issue.

My job as a coach is to help you to clarify your goals and get out of your own way, whilst supporting you during the process and helping you to grow. One way to think of me is as a bridge between where you are now – and where you’d like to be in the future.
